IMDB rating: 8.40 Plot: Released after a five-year stretch for a crime he did not commit, Trusty knows he must change his ways. Trusty lives by the unwritten code of the streets. Upon his return to the place where his journey began, he is faced with alternative opportunities to escape the cycle of violence and decay or to redeem himself before his friends and resume the lifestyle that put him away in the first place. Bound to the neighborhood for which he stands and a group of remorseless delinquents, each with their own obscure motives, he must once again navigate the dangerous terrain that led him to a conviction and sentence meant for another. With unjust jail time under his belt, he has earned honor and respect in the local hierarchy. On the streets where he was raised, his homeboys compete for position and power. Their lives are punctuated by dysfunctional drug and alcohol abuse, emptiness and misplaced aggression. But, the sudden presence of a girl and Trusty’s homecoming coincide for an unexpected chain of irrevocable events that take place on one afternoon. The ensuing circumstances forces six friends into choices and actions that underscore a reality seldom seen. Reunited with Lucky, the younger brother of the friend for whom he went to prison, Trusty must take sides in a conflict pitting homeboy against homeboy in a race to rescue a young woman trapped in a sea of unhealthy lust and web of violence. |

problems at home with my mom?
Hi so anyway i have some problems at my house me nd my mom dont exactly get along nd i sorta hav a multiple number of problems with her, my problems with her are she doesn’t respect my stuff she cant stop reading my texts nd acting like i do my homework wrong and i take my studies very seriously anyway im a filipino kid nd i have to say i hav a pretty great life i take my grades seriously i can get lots of girls (not to brag) i have lots nd lots of friends as in everyone in my school nd i have skater/ scene hair that everyone likes i have a six pack nd im pretty sure u kno what the big problem is in my almost great life honestly ima good kid im 13 nd im in the style of ghetto nd scene nd im not that ordinary thug kid u see in the streets i dont smoke weed i dont drink i dont do any bad stuff i mean i got into fights from now and then but i dont fight ppl unless they start with me im academically good in school all A+ and A nd my lowest grade was a B-. Im no those kids tht are rude nd messed up im respectful i know my manners i know how to treat a girl nd my mom i love her but she treats me like im a kid who hides stuff from her she reads my text for gods sake she would act like i never do my school work seriously but my mom is pretty nice she is a strict catholic but she lets me go to the mall by myself nd with friends go to the movies nd she lets me have my gf but she acts like im not the best at school nd she always read my stuff i just want to know do you think this is fair i mean the fact alone that my mom wont trust a respectful filipino kid who gets good grades nd gets in fights only like once in a while but im not the kid that lets ppl disrespect me a couple weeks ago i almost got jumped by some kids nd wht did u expect me to do let them hit me so i took the 3 of them nd went home my mom asked why i had a bruises on my arm i told her i got in a fight then she said why didnt u walk away i said THEY SURROUNDED ME! then i said wht did u expect me to do let them hit me? so i got in trouble nd my mom told my dad my dad was fine with that its my dads way of stuff u dont fight unless the people start with yuh buit do u think my moms being kinda fair?
